Pygmy goat milk is preferred for its high nutritional value due to the goats' excellent foraging abilities. The milk has a high butterfat content, making it ideal for producing soaps, creams, and other high-fat goat milk products.
Once our goats are milked, the milk is filtered three times, then frozen immediately to maintain its nutrients.
